Finding the Calm Within

Guided Meditation & Sound Experience

Give yourself permission to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the calm that already exists within you.

Join Beth and Amy for a peaceful 75 minute guided meditation and sound experience designed to help quiet the mind, release everyday stress and tension, and create a deeper sense of grounding and inner balance.

Through gentle guided meditation, intentional breathing and the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and gong, you'll be invited to slow down and simply be present  💚

  • Calm the nervous system
  • Quiet a busy mind
  • Release stress and tension
  • Create space for clarity and presence
  • Feel grounded, refreshed and restored

No meditation experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to reeive.
