I am a licensed social worker with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings, including public schools and alternative school environments serving individuals from preschool through adulthood.

I draw from multiple therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, person-centered approaches, and trauma-informed interventions. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is central to my work, helping create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard, accepted, and supported as they navigate challenges and work toward their goals.
