My name is Joy and I'm the Neurofeedback Technician at Collective Balance Counseling. I work with clients of all ages, offering neurofeedback therapy in a supportive and calming environment. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and take a client-centered approach to every session, helping individuals feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout the process.

In my role, I set up and calibrate EEG equipment, guide clients through personalized neurofeedback protocols, monitor brainwave activity in real time, and maintain a relaxing space where healing can happen. I also help educate clients and caregivers about the neurofeedback process and collaborate closely with our clinical team to ensure each person receives the best possible support.

What I love most about my work is seeing the real and lasting impact neurofeedback can have—whether it’s better sleep, improved focus, reduced anxiety, or a greater sense of emotional balance. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of each client’s journey toward feeling more like themselves again.
